Book the job, dispatch the tech, and keep the whole day on one board — every job tied to its customer, site, and equipment history. Clock-ins are geo-verified at the job site, and mileage logs itself from real drive data. When payroll comes around, the hours are already true.

Estimate → invoice → paid
Quote the work, convert it to an invoice, and send a pay link the customer settles from their phone — card payments carry ePay fee support so processing doesn't eat the margin. Behind every invoice, expenses, labor, and materials roll up into per-job profit, so you know which work makes money. And at filing time, collected sales tax decomposes by state, county, and city jurisdiction — reports that tie out to the penny.

Customers help themselves
Your customers sign in to a portal of their own — invoices, PDFs, and their service plan, with online payment built in. It's walled off from staff accounts and scoped to exactly their records, nothing else. The office phone rings less; the invoices get paid anyway.

Every customer on a live map — with parcels, filters, and tech routes, the whole book of business reads as ground you cover. Click to locate an address, drop a pin to create a customer right at the coordinates, and watch the day's routes take shape. It's the office wall map, except it answers questions.

Invoices and agreements render as branded PDFs generated straight from your data — your logo, your layout, your terms. A block-by-block document editor lets you arrange the page the way you want it.
